Rubber bladder

Description

Rubber bladder

are used to separate gas from liquid in instrumentation systems, control systems and accumulators. Bladders work based on a relatively large difference in the compression of gas and liquid, which causes large amounts of energy to be stored in a very compressed state. This issue creates the ability to collect, store and recover the pressure bed for the liquid at the desired time.

» The accumulator consists of a liquid part and a gas part, with the bladder acting as an anti-gas plate. The fluid around the bladder is connected to the hydraulic circuit, so that as the pressure increases, the bladder accumulator draws the fluid in and thus compresses the gas.

» When the pressure of the system increases, the accumulator is charged and causes the fluid to flow into the accumulator and compress the gas. It is emptied when the pressure decreases and allows the gas to expand in the accumulator and send the fluid out of the accumulator.

» These bladders have different polymer based on working conditions and liquids and gases in contact with it. The most important of them is EPDM-VITON-NBR. Sepahan Alvar Plast Company is a producer of rubber balers for oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
